摘要：

(1) 西班牙監管機關對某公司課處 1,200 歐元的行政罰款，原因是該公司打電話給當事人，促銷旅館訂房活動。

(2) 不過，這些當事人在接到行銷電話前，均曾經加入廣告排除系統（advertisement exclusion system），透過參加此系統，當事人已經行使 GDPR §21(2) 規定的反對行銷權，但是該公司在撥打行銷電話前，並沒有先查詢廣告排除系統，以避免處理系統內當事人的個人資料。
